Group Reflective Supervision
The Village Circle is a monthly virtual Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RS/C) group that brings together professionals from various disciplines who share a commitment to supporting infants, caregivers, and families.
Participants will engage in guided reflection, discussion of practice experiences, and exploration of the emotional and relational dimensions of their work.
This is not therapy, traditional supervision, or case management. Rather, it is a reflective space focused on increasing self-awareness, professional growth, and relationship-based practice.
Participants are encouraged to commit to a six-month cohort experience to support trust, continuity, and deeper reflective work.
